Feeling a little extra. Get a grip on these delicious lamb burgers with mint yogurt and tomato relish. Delicious with sweet potato fries!

Ingredients

Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients

400g lean lamb mince

1 large garlic clove, crushed

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

Pinch of chilli flakes

1 egg

A little salt and freshly milled black pepper

For the mint yogurt

100ml natural Greek style yogurt

1 teaspoon honey

Pinch of chilli flakes

2 teaspoons fresh mint, finely chopped

To serve

4 brioche rolls, lightly toasted

Salad leaves

4 radishes, sliced

8 slices of cucumber

2 tablespoons prepared tomato relish

Method
  • For the burgers, place the lamb into a bowl with the garlic, cumin, coriander, chilli flakes, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Roll the mixture into 4 equal size balls and then flatten into burger shapes.
  • Cook the burgers under a preheated moderate grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until any meat juices run clear.
  • For the mint yogurt, in a small bowl mix all the ingredients together.
  • To assemble, arrange salad leaves onto each toasted brioche roll, top with mint yogurt, a lamb burger, radish and cucumber slices and a dollop of tomato relish before serving.
